Adham Beik is a Lebanese period drama series that aired on MTV Lebanon during Ramadan 2017, set against the backdrop of the French Mandate era in Lebanon in the 1940s. The 30-episode series stars Lebanese actor Youssef El Khal in the title role of Adham Bek, a wealthy man whose life unravels when his maidservant Layal is killed on his account, driving her sister Nora to seek employment in his household with vengeance in mind — only for her feelings toward him to transform. Written by Tariq Suwaid and directed by Syrian director Zohir Kanou, the production weaves personal betrayal, romance, and anti-colonial tension into a nostalgic portrait of Lebanese society under the French Mandate.
