Decision No. 6098 The Minister of National Economy and Social Affairs Based on Decree No. 12596 dated July 26, 1948, And based on Article 88 of the Labor Law issued on September 23, 1946, And based on the proposal of the Director of National Economy and the approval of the Director General, Decides the following: Article One – A license is granted to the following individuals: * Takla Daher Chamoun * Youssef Hosni Ahmad Qaranouh * Mohammad Rachid Farkadan * Zain Al-Abidine Mohammad Saidani To establish a syndicate called: The Syndicate of Theater and Cinema Actors in Lebanon, whose purpose is to safeguard the interests of its members, defend them, elevate the standards of the profession, and improve their financial, social, and moral conditions. Article Two – This decision shall be effective immediately upon its publication in the Official Gazette and shall be communicated wherever necessary.
